Start minimal. Make the workspace yours.

A small committee should not have to navigate a large organisation’s interface. Choose what appears and how the work is checked.

One person or a whole team

The right amount of app for your committee.

Begin with the everyday tools. Enable the modules, menus and Home widgets your committee needs, then add more when your responsibilities grow.

  • An explicit solo operating mode with flagged self-approvals
  • Committee menus, page width and Home widgets you can choose
  • Personal report columns, order and widths saved to your account

01

Your modules and menus

Enable optional modules and choose a minimal, complete or custom sidebar. Search still finds the other tools your role permits.

02

Your daily view

Select Home cards, arrange shortcuts and mobile buttons, and customise the dashboard widgets available to your role.

03

Your forms and reports

Set custom fields and required information. Choose report columns, their order and their screen widths without changing the underlying records.

04

Your approval model

Configure approval steps and limits. Solo mode permits the supported single-operator exception with a history flag; another eligible checker takes priority.

From the first record to the next decision.

A connected workflow for the people who organise, coordinate and review your committee’s work.

  1. 01

    Organise

Define your committee structure, add or import members, and give each person the access their responsibilities require.

  2. 02

    Coordinate

Set up dues, record collections, run programmes and follow tasks. Prepared collector devices can continue supported cash work offline.

  3. 03

    Review

Check approvals, follow cash handovers and review your books. Use reports and history to understand what happened and decide what comes next.

A receipt people can check.

Connect the payment record to a numbered receipt and a controlled verification process.

  1. 01

    Numbered at the source

Receipt numbers follow the committee’s configured series and are not reused. Corrections preserve the original record.

  2. 02

    Shared with control

Signed receipt links expire after the period your administrator chooses. The public view exposes only the fields your committee allows.

  3. 03

    Checked by signature

Supported offline receipts carry a device-signed QR code. The verification page checks its signature when the recipient opens it online.

Accountability is part of the workflow.

The controls sit alongside the everyday work: who can act, how money is recorded and how changes can be traced.

  • Balanced books

Double-entry records keep each committee’s books balanced. Corrections use reversals rather than rewriting posted journals.

  • Scoped access

Roles and committee reach limit what each person can see and change. Database rules separate organisations.

  • Practical sign-in

Use your phone number and password, or a supported passkey. Initial passwords must be changed; member authenticator setup is optional.

  • Visible approvals

Review who raised and decided an item. Configured small-team self-approvals are identified in history.

  • Traceable changes

Protected history records important changes, with tamper-evidence and verification tools for administrators.

  • Recovery controls

Encrypted backups, retention controls and documented restore checks support recovery. Off-site storage needs its own configuration.

What does TRELVERIQ Governance bring together?

Membership, committee structures, dues, receipts, cash custody, finance, meetings, programmes, welfare schemes, Kuri records and reporting. Each organisation configures its modules and access around the work it needs to do.

Can one person run a committee?

Yes. A committee administrator can select solo operating mode and a minimal interface. Supported self-approvals are flagged, and a second eligible approver takes priority when available. Rules requiring distinct people, excluded parties or approval by another committee remain in force.

What works when a collector loses signal?

A device prepared by opening the app online can keep its supported work list and record permitted cash collections offline. Pending receipts synchronise when it reconnects. Available billing currencies and exchange rates depend on the committee’s offline configuration.

Does TRELVERIQ Governance take online payments?

Only into your committee’s own account, and only if you set that up. A committee can connect its own Razorpay account (India) or Tap Payments account (Gulf). A member then pays by a link or a QR code, and the money goes to the committee’s account at the provider, never through TRELVERIQ Governance. Cash, bank transfer, cheque and UPI are still recorded by hand. Online payments are checked against the providers’ published formats and test accounts, not yet against a live account, so try a small payment in test mode first. TRELVERIQ Governance also collects its own plan fee online when TRELVERIQ Technologies has switched that on.

Can we bring our existing member register?

Import an Excel or CSV register, map its columns and review a trial import before saving. The application checks the configured requirements and duplicate rules, with approval where the committee requires it.

How much can we customise?

Choose modules, menus, Home widgets, dashboard layouts, form fields and report views. The catalogue contains 574 settings for fees, dates, terminology, workflow and other behaviour. Parent committees can lock applicable rules; personalisation does not grant extra permissions.
