Plan the programme. Connect the work around it.
Bring budgets, registrations, tickets, volunteers and spending into the same workspace as the committee behind the event.
Create programmes, manage capacity and registration, issue tickets and coordinate tasks. Financial records and closing reports keep the programme connected to the committee’s accounts.
The details that keep work moving
Program types and approval
Define your own program types, add a budget and send the program for approval. The treasurer approves too above a limit. A program moves from open to running, completed and reported.
Registration your way
Build the form, set a capacity and keep a waiting list with timed offers. Ask for ages or register a whole family. Share a public link or a QR code.
Fees as dues
A member’s fee becomes a due, and other people get a program receipt. Unpaid seats are released. A refund policy applies, and refunds need approval.
QR tickets and gate check-in
Tickets carry a signed QR code. Check people in with the camera or by hand, choose to warn or refuse a second scan of the same ticket, and keep checking in from a saved gate list when there is no signal.
Volunteers
Plan shifts by duty, let volunteers sign up, get a warning for overlaps and send reminders. Hours come from the roster, with optional approval of hours.
Budget, advances and sponsors
Set budget heads with an optional hard stop. Give volunteers advances with a deadline to settle and reminders. Record sponsorships.
Photos with consent
Keep program photos under a consent rule that you set.
Reports for the committee and the public
A finance report for the committee, and a public version of the program report without the finance details.
A beneficiary register
Record who receives aid, by category such as widow, orphan or patient, and by aid type such as a Ramadan kit or medical help. Sensitive fields are encrypted and every look at them is logged. A warning appears when the same person is given the same aid by another committee.
Make it work your way
Choose the rules your organisation needs. Committee permissions and inherited controls still apply.
- Whether a program needs a budget before it can be approved.
- The budget above which the treasurer must approve too.
- Whether there is a waiting list, and how many hours an offered seat is held.
- The default capacity of a program.
- Whether public registration and family registration are on, and the largest family.
- How many hours people have to pay, and whether a ticket needs payment first.
- Whether the gate may check people in by hand.
- What happens on a second scan of the same ticket: warn or refuse.
- Whether check-in works offline.
- The refund policy, and how many hours before the program refunds stop.
- Whether photo consent is required.
- How many days back to look for repeated aid, and whether beneficiary export is on.
