A clear record of every instalment and draw.
Keep member-group terms, instalments, draw decisions and payout records together, with the access and approvals your committee sets.
TRELVERIQ Governance provides record-keeping for Kuri and chitty groups. It connects terms, member schedules, draw records and payouts; it does not operate a fund or hold members’ money.
The details that keep work moving
Terms in plain words
Set the number of slots, the instalment, the currency, how often it runs, how the draw works, witnesses, the organiser’s fee, the late fee, who is eligible, guarantors, and joining and leaving. TRELVERIQ Governance writes the terms back as a plain-words summary.
Slots and shares
Assign slots to members, share one slot between members by percent, or let the committee hold empty slots.
Instalments kept apart
Instalments are dues that go into a ledger of their own for each Kuri. They are never counted as committee income. A late fee can go to the pool or to a charity fund.
A draw you can verify
The list of eligible members is locked with a fingerprint, witnesses are required and a fresh random seed is used, so the pick can be repeated. Members can check the draw themselves, and the database refuses changes to a locked list, seed or winner. A full-screen view works on a projector.
Other ways to pick a winner
Use a fixed order with skips, or a member vote with a quorum. A sealed-bid auction is available only if you switch it on, and by default there is no interest. A wrong draw can be voided through approval.
Payouts with checks
A payout shows itemised figures, a guarantor agreement and a signature or photo acknowledgement, and it can be reversed. A second person approves every money move.
When someone falls behind
Reminders go to the winner and the guarantors, and you can mark a default and write it off after a group decision. A slot can be transferred with the new holder’s consent, and a member can leave with a refund if the group’s terms allow it.
A daily balance check
TRELVERIQ Governance runs a daily balance check on each Kuri. When a Kuri ends, you complete it or dissolve it.
My Kuri for members
Members see their own Kuri on their page. Download a collection sheet as CSV, and see a committee summary that includes the levels below.
Make it work your way
Choose the rules your organisation needs. Committee permissions and inherited controls still apply.
- Whether auction Kuris are allowed. They are off by default.
- The starting terms for a new Kuri.
- How many days before a round instalments are raised.
- On which days after the instalment date a winner who has not paid is reminded.
- From how many days late reminders also go to the guarantors.
- After how many unpaid days TRELVERIQ Governance suggests marking a winner as in default.
- Whether members can see the draw check.
- The unpaid amount, after a member has won, that alerts the president and treasurer.
- Whether a committee summary includes the committees below it.
- Whether a slot transfer needs the new holder’s consent.
- How payouts are made and which columns the Kuri report shows.
