Give every appeal a clear record.

Connect campaign targets, promises, collections and closing reports, with the same member and financial records used across the platform.

Create campaigns, record pledges and receipts, review progress and prepare a closing report. Sharing and online payment options depend on the integrations the committee connects.

The details that keep work moving

  • Campaigns with a target

Give a campaign a name, a target, dates and a fund. Progress follows the receipts you record against it.

  • Pledges paid in instalments

A donor promises an amount and pays it in instalments, and each instalment becomes a due. You can reschedule a pledge with its history kept, write it off through approval, and remind when it is overdue.

  • Pledges from people who are not members

Record a pledge from a non-member with the donor’s phone number. A data-rights handler can erase it on request.

  • Targets down the committee tree

Split a target among child committees. The parts cannot add up to more than the parent’s target. A leaderboard ranked by cash received is optional.

  • Gifts in kind

Record goods given as well as money, with an acknowledgement PDF for the donor.

  • An approved closing report

Close a campaign with an approval, and the person who prepared it cannot approve it. Lay out the report from up to nine sections, with up to six signature lines, and download it as a PDF.

  • Share progress safely

A campaign can be visible to the committee only, to members, or through a public link. Members and the public link see only the name, dates, target, cash received, gifts in kind and percentage. They see no donor names. This is a progress page and takes no payment itself.

Share a campaign to WhatsApp with only its name, fund and dates, so no personal details leave TRELVERIQ Governance.

Make it work your way

Choose the rules your organisation needs. Committee permissions and inherited controls still apply.

  • Whether pledges are on, and the most instalments a pledge may have.
  • How many days after a pledge instalment falls due a reminder goes out.
  • Who can see a campaign: the committee, members or the public link.
  • Whether to show a leaderboard, and which committees it compares.
  • Whether committees below may change the campaign target they were given.
  • What happens when a campaign ends, for example collection stops.
  • Which report layout a campaign uses.
  • Whether donor names in the report appear in full or as initials.
  • Who may see the closing report.
  • Whether gifts in kind are on, whether approved gifts are booked in the accounts, and the value above which a second person approves.

Bring this workflow into your organisation.

Review your requirements with TRELVERIQ, choose the right modules and prepare your team for a considered rollout.
