Turn connected records into a useful view.
Choose the report, apply the right scope and arrange the information for the person reviewing it.
Standard reports, role-based dashboards and the report builder use the underlying operational records. Personal column visibility, order and screen widths are saved by account, committee and report.
The details that keep work moving
66 standard reports
Membership, collections, cash custody, accounts, meetings, Kuri, schemes, programs and a history log. The accounts area includes the trial balance, income and expenditure, receipts and payments, balance sheet, fund statement, budget against actual, bank reconciliation, consolidated statements, asset register and depreciation.
PDF, Excel and CSV
PDF reports carry your letterhead, the filters used and signature lines. Excel files have real numbers and a frozen header row. CSV files open correctly in Excel.
Access rules built in
Every report checks the reader’s permission and committee line. Personal columns can be masked for some readers, and each report run is written to the audit log.
Saved filters and comparisons
Save a set of filters and share it with others. Compare a period with the previous period or with the same period last year.
A simple report builder
Choose a source, the columns, the filters and how to group, and add a bar chart, without any code.
Large reports in the background
A big report is prepared in the background and arrives as a file, so the screen is not stuck waiting.
Scheduled delivery
Send a report daily, weekly or monthly to roles or named people, in the app, by email or on WhatsApp. Reports with personal data go by a secure link that expires, and email attachments have a size limit.
Dashboards
Role dashboards, a personal dashboard for office bearers, a team view and tiles you choose, so each person opens to the numbers they need.
Your report, arranged for you
Hide, reorder and resize the columns returned by an authorised report. Save the view to your account for that committee, reload it on another browser or restore the standard columns. Downloads retain their complete authorised columns.
Make it work your way
Choose the rules your organisation needs. Committee permissions and inherited controls still apply.
- How many members a report needs before it is prepared in the background.
- How many days a prepared report file is kept.
- How many days a report link works.
- The signature lines printed on a PDF report, for example Prepared by and Checked by.
- The choices offered for how many months behind a member or arrears report should show.
- Which roles can see the team view.
- Personal report column visibility, order and screen widths from 80 to 640 pixels.
- Whether people may arrange their own dashboard.
