A connected workspace. Even when the signal drops.
Use the responsive application on a laptop, tablet or phone, with prepared offline collection tools for supported field work.
Opening the app online prepares permitted collector data on the device. Supported cash receipts can then be recorded offline and synchronised later. Offline access follows the committee’s settings and device controls.
The details that keep work moving
Install from the browser
Add TRELVERIQ Governance to the home screen of a phone or computer. There is no app store to go through. A banner tells people when a new version is ready.
Offline cash collection
When the collector opens the app online, at most once a day, TRELVERIQ Governance quietly prepares the phone with the members who have open dues, a block of receipt numbers and a signing key. Cash receipts are saved on the phone with a QR code and sent when the phone is online. A Sync screen shows what is waiting, and sending twice never makes a duplicate.
Offline in other places too
Meeting attendance marks, gate check-in at programs, the collector’s saved work list and drafts of forms all work without a signal.
Built for ordinary phones
Pages are kept small. The collect flow loads 170 to 200 KB of compressed script on a first visit. It was tested on an emulated mid-range phone with a slowed processor and network.
Simple and clear
Simple mode shows the essentials and Full mode shows everything. Money actions end with a plain sentence to confirm. A help button lets people ask their admin on WhatsApp.
Easy to touch, easy to read
Touch targets are at least 48 pixels, there are light and dark themes, and automated accessibility checks run on the main screens.
No lost receipts
Signing out is blocked while receipts made offline are still waiting to be sent, so nothing is lost by accident.
Good to know
Offline collection also takes dues billed in another currency, at the exchange rate the phone saved when it last updated. The screens are in English only today.
Make it work your way
Choose the rules your organisation needs. Committee permissions and inherited controls still apply.
- Whether offline collection is on.
- How many receipt numbers each phone reserves for offline use.
- How many days a reserved block of receipt numbers lasts.
- How many days old the dues saved on a phone may be before a warning appears.
- Whether members’ phone numbers are kept in the copy saved on the phone.
- How many months of receipt history the work list keeps.
- After how many hours without a sync the saved list is marked out of date.
- Whether program check-in works offline.
- Whether the app starts in Simple mode or Full mode.
- How many days a signed-in phone stays signed in, and the idle timeout on a computer.
Bring this workflow into your organisation.
