Keep people informed, with the right controls.

Coordinate notices, reminders and replies around the member and committee records you already maintain.

Member messaging uses connected WhatsApp and SMS gateways, plus supported in-app and push notifications. Quiet hours, consent, opt-outs and budgets control sending. Email is used for reports and address verification.

The details that keep work moving

  • The right channel for each message

WhatsApp first, SMS as a fallback for the events you choose, plus push notifications and an in-app bell. Email is not used for member messages. It carries emailed reports and email verification only.

  • Templates for every event

Write a template for each event with a live preview. Templates have versions and pass down the committee tree. Built-in WhatsApp and SMS texts give you a start, and each WhatsApp sending account needs its templates approved by WhatsApp. Template text is in English today.

  • Pick an audience, see the cost

Choose people by status, tag, area or category, and see the count and an estimated cost before you send. Schedule a send, send in batches, and pause, resume or retry. Large sends need approval, above 100 recipients by default.

  • Quiet hours

No messages overnight, from 23:00 to 07:00 by default in your committee’s time zone, and a block around Friday Jumu’ah prayer. A daily limit for each member and a minimum gap between repeat reminders stop members being flooded. Service messages such as receipts are exempt by default.

  • Consent and opt-out

The consent wording is kept in versions and recorded at registration with who and when. Members can opt out of announcements with one tap. A link lets you ask everyone who has not yet been asked.

  • A shared inbox for replies

Replies land in one inbox. A quick reply counts only when the sender’s phone matches the member. WhatsApp allows replies for 24 hours, and TRELVERIQ Governance can fall back to SMS when WhatsApp fails or is not delivered.

  • A notices board

Pin notices with a pin limit and an expiry date, see who has read them, and remind those who have not. Share a notice to WhatsApp as text without personal details.

  • Cost control

Set a monthly cap, pause announcements when you reach it, and get an alert when your credit runs low.

  • Automation rules

Build rules with up to five actions: send a message, assign a task, generate a document, update a field or notify a role.

Make it work your way

Choose the rules your organisation needs. Committee permissions and inherited controls still apply.

  • Which events send a message. Service messages cannot be switched off.
  • Whether WhatsApp uses the shared number or your own number.
  • Whether SMS is the fallback, and how many minutes to wait before it is used.
  • The hours when no messages are sent.
  • Whether messages are blocked around Friday Jumu’ah prayer.
  • The most messages a member gets in a day.
  • The minimum days between the same reminder.
  • The number of recipients above which a send needs approval.
  • The batch size and the pause between batches.
  • Whether consent is required at registration, and what an opt-out covers.
  • How many months of message history are kept.
  • The most your organisation spends on messages in a month.

Bring this workflow into your organisation.
