Connect the appeal to the work it supports.

Manage member records, campaigns, pledges, restricted funds and beneficiary workflows with a clear record of responsibility.

TRELVERIQ Governance fits a charity or welfare trust that raises money in its own community and gives aid. It has restricted funds, campaigns with pledges and gifts in kind, a beneficiary register with protected details and double-entry accounts. Online donations go into the committee’s own Razorpay or Tap Payments account, and only if it connects one.

Connect the work that matters to you

See how the platform’s existing capabilities support this operating model.

Funds that keep to their purpose

Create funds such as Relief, Zakat or Building and mark them restricted. A restricted fund lists its purposes, and a voucher or expense claim paid from it must name one of them. Fund statements show what came into and went out of each fund.

Campaigns and pledges

Open an appeal with a target and dates. Members and non-members can pledge and pay in instalments, and each instalment becomes a due that reminders follow up. A target can be split down the committee tree. A shareable link shows progress only and never names donors. The closing report needs approval, and donor names can appear as initials.

Every gift recorded and acknowledged

Record cash, bank transfers and cheques with numbered receipts that have no gaps. Record gifts in kind, such as food or goods, with an acknowledgement you can print.

A beneficiary register with protected details

Record who was helped, by category such as widow, orphan or patient, and with what kind of aid, such as a Ramadan kit or medical help. Phone, ID, address and need are stored encrypted, and each view is logged. The register warns when the same person already received aid from another committee in the last 90 days, a period you can change.

Welfare schemes and special relief

A welfare scheme collects a fee and pays claims against a document checklist, with a second approver above a limit. A claim that is not eligible can be given special relief from another fund.

Accounts and reports for trustees and auditors

Every committee keeps double-entry accounts with budgets and period locks. Standard reports download as PDF, Excel or CSV. An auditor role can view the accounts and the history without editing, and every important action is written to the audit log.

From everyday work to a clear record

A practical path through the tools, responsibilities and decisions involved.

  1. Open a campaign

Name the appeal, set a target and dates, choose the fund the money will go into and decide who may see progress.

  2. Receive pledges and gifts

Record pledges with their instalments, and cash, bank transfers, cheques and gifts in kind. Each one gets a receipt or an acknowledgement.

  3. Follow up instalments

Pledge instalments become dues, and reminders go out as they fall due and when they are overdue.

  4. Spend with approval

A payment from a restricted fund names one of the fund’s purposes and needs a second person’s approval. By default the person who made it cannot approve it.

  5. Record the aid given

Add each person helped to the beneficiary register with the category and type of aid, so the next committee can see it and duplicates show up.

  6. Close and report

Close the campaign with a report that a second person approves. Fund statements and standard reports show where each fund stands.

Words you will meet

TRELVERIQ Governance uses plain words. Your admin can rename eleven of them, such as committee, member, collector and dues, so the screens use your own words.

Fund
A pot of money with its own purpose. A restricted fund may be spent only on the purposes you list.
Campaign and pledge
A campaign is an appeal with a target and dates. A pledge is a promise to give, often in instalments.
Beneficiary
A person or family who receives aid, kept in their own register with protected details.
Program
An aid or relief activity with a budget, volunteers and a report. You can rename it.
Member
A supporter or a member of the trust, if you keep such a list. Rename it if another word suits you.

Prepare your workspace

Start with committee structure, access, operating mode and the modules you need. Add more after reviewing the first workflow.

  1. Create your funds and mark which ones are restricted.

  2. Set the approval steps and money limits, so a second person confirms spending.

  3. Decide what a public campaign link and your reports show, and whether donor names appear in full or as initials.

  4. Set up the beneficiary categories and aid types you use, and decide who may see the protected details.

What to know before you start

The limits of TRELVERIQ Governance for this kind of organisation, so you can check them against how you work.

  • A donor can pay online only if the committee has connected its own Razorpay or Tap Payments account; the money goes to that account. Otherwise gifts are recorded as cash, bank transfer, cheque, UPI or gifts in kind. In the UAE and Saudi Arabia a donation campaign needs its permit number and expiry before it gets a payment link or a public page.
  • TRELVERIQ Governance records campaigns, pledges and gifts. Your committee is responsible for following the fundraising rules and permits that apply where you raise money.
  • TRELVERIQ Governance does not produce tax-exemption documents and does not manage grants. It is not a full donor database: pledges and gifts in kind are recorded, but there is no donor relationship tool.
  • Welfare schemes, programs and meetings are optional modules. Your admin switches on the ones you need in Settings.
  • The screens are in English only.
