From enrolment to a considered claim decision.

Follow eligibility, contributions, cover and claims through a connected committee workflow.

Configure a community welfare scheme, enrol eligible members, track payments and process claims through the required checks and approvals. Scheme terms remain the organisation’s responsibility.

The details that keep work moving

  • Schemes with versioned terms

Set the period, owner committee, restricted fund, enrolment window, late enrolment, fee and family fee, cover, a benefits table by years and a document checklist. Level shares must add up to the fee.

  • Enrolment and renewal

Enrol members and, with their consent, people who are not members. Renew each year, check eligibility level by level and issue registration numbers. Scheme cards carry a QR code and print in bulk. Enrolments expire each night after a grace period.

  • Shares routed up the chain

Each level’s share of the fee moves up the committee chain. Remittance batches are confirmed by the parent treasurer.

  • Claims with checks at every step

Cover is checked against the date of the event. Documents come from a checklist, and each upload is versioned. Review passes level by level with a time limit that escalates. The owner decides with a suggested amount, and a second approver signs above a limit.

  • Payout by nominee share

A payout is split by each nominee’s share and paid through a voucher that a second person approves.

  • A claim link for the nominee

The nominee gets a claim link on WhatsApp and a one-time code on the phone used at enrolment. Five wrong codes lock the link.

  • Eligibility from unpaid dues

Decide that members with unpaid dues past a threshold are not eligible. Members at risk are warned in the app, on WhatsApp or by SMS.

  • Special relief and fund reports

Pay special relief from another fund for a claim that is not eligible. A fund report and a low-fund alert keep you ahead. A public summary combines small groups and shows no names.

  • Exchange files with an outside portal

Export and import the CSV that a national portal uses, with ID columns masked.

Make it work your way

Choose the rules your organisation needs. Committee permissions and inherited controls still apply.

  • Whether people who are not members may enrol.
  • The format of registration numbers.
  • Whether an outside portal number is required.
  • Which columns the portal export has, and whether ID columns are masked.
  • How many days each claim step may take before it escalates.
  • How claims are approved, and the limit above which a second approver signs.
  • How many days a claim link lasts, and whether a one-time code is needed.
  • The largest size of a claim document.
  • Which payout methods are allowed.
  • The fund level below which an alert is raised.
  • Whether a public summary is on, and the smallest group it may show.
  • The unpaid amount, the number of unpaid dues and the grace days that make a member not eligible.
