Connected committees. Across communities and countries.
Bring member records, local collections, welfare activity and reporting together across your committee network.
Connect committees from national leadership to local units, with scoped access, member records, configured currencies and welfare workflows. A KMCC-style organisation template is available. Phone-country rules and messaging gateways are configured by the organisation; the product is not affiliated with the organisations used as examples.
TRELVERIQ Governance is not affiliated with or endorsed by KMCC or any other organisation named as an example on this site. Such names only describe the kind of body TRELVERIQ Governance is shaped for.
Connect the work that matters to you
See how the platform’s existing capabilities support this operating model.
One tree, every level
Set up the levels your association uses. The ready-made KMCC-style template has National, Central, District, Mandalam, Panchayath and Unit. Each committee runs its own work and the committees above see the combined figures. When the structure changes you can move, merge or split committees.
Collectors who keep working without a signal
A collector sees who owes what, records cash, a bank transfer or a cheque, and gives a numbered receipt in a few taps. Cash receipts can be saved on the phone when there is no connection and sent later. Cash passed from a collector to the treasurer is recorded, and the person who receives it confirms the amount.
Members in different countries and currencies
An organisation has a base currency, and a member can be billed in another one, for example some members in AED and others in INR. Choose from the supported currency catalogue and enable the billing and collection currencies your organisation needs. Phone numbers from any country are accepted, and the committee can limit them to the countries it chooses. The committee enters or fixes the exchange rates.
A welfare scheme whose shares travel up the tree
Run a Suraksha-style welfare scheme. Enrol members, collect the fee, send each level’s share up the committee chain in remittances that the parent treasurer confirms, and handle claims with a document checklist and an approved payout.
Messages that suit the community
Receipts, reminders and notices go out through the WhatsApp and SMS gateways you connect. Quiet hours from 23:00 to 07:00 and a Friday midday block are on by default, and you can change both. Members can stop announcements with one tap.
Rules set once and kept by every level
A parent committee can lock a setting, such as a fee or an approval step, so the committees below keep to it, or it can suggest a value they may change. Funds such as Relief, Zakat and Suraksha can be restricted so a voucher cannot spend them outside their purpose.
From everyday work to a clear record
A practical path through the tools, responsibilities and decisions involved.
Set the subscription
The treasurer creates a contribution type, for example a monthly subscription in the base currency, with a due date and, if the committee wants one, a late fee after a grace period.
Dues are raised each night
TRELVERIQ Governance raises the dues that have fallen due, one for each member, so nobody has to type them in.
Collectors see their list
A collector’s work list shows the members to collect from, with filters such as members two or more cycles behind. One tap sends a WhatsApp reminder or starts a call.
Collect and give a receipt
The collector records the payment and TRELVERIQ Governance issues a numbered receipt that can be sent over WhatsApp. A bank transfer waits for a check by another person before it counts.
Cash goes up to the treasurer
The collector hands the cash over, and the treasurer confirms the amount. A difference is flagged instead of being lost.
Shares and figures travel up the tree
Scheme shares go up the chain in remittances that the parent treasurer confirms. Parent committees see combined figures and reports for everything below them.
Words you will meet
TRELVERIQ Governance uses plain words. Your admin can rename eleven of them, such as committee, member, collector and dues, so the screens use your own words.
- Committee
- Every level is a committee. Name the levels National, Central, District, Mandalam, Panchayath and Unit, or use your own.
- Panchayath and Mandalam
- Two words that can be renamed like the others, so an association with other level names can use its own.
- Collector
- The volunteer who collects dues in a unit and hands the cash over to the treasurer.
- Scheme
- A welfare scheme such as a Suraksha-style one. Rename it to the name your members know.
- Dues
- What a member owes for a period: the subscription and any scheme fee.

Follow eligibility, contributions, cover and claims through a connected committee workflow.
Learn moreMessages and reminders
Coordinate notices, reminders and replies around the member and committee records you already maintain.
Learn morePrepare your workspace
Start with committee structure, access, operating mode and the modules you need. Add more after reviewing the first workflow.
Start from the KMCC-style template, or the simple committee template, and rename the levels to match your association.
Set the base currency, the countries whose phone numbers you accept and the time zone. The defaults assume Saudi Arabia: SAR, +966 and the Riyadh time zone.
Create the contribution types, for example the monthly subscription and the welfare scheme fee.
Decide who approves what: the roles, the money limits and who confirms a cash handover.
What to know before you start
The limits of TRELVERIQ Governance for this kind of organisation, so you can check them against how you work.
- Offline collection of dues in another currency uses the exchange rate the phone saved when it last updated, and the office can refuse a rate that is too old. A Kuri, a welfare scheme or a program is made in the organisation’s currency or in another one the committee allows.
- There is no live exchange-rate feed. The committee enters or fixes the rates.
- Members do not pay online through TRELVERIQ Governance. They pay in cash, by bank transfer or by cheque, and a collector or treasurer records it.
- The screens are in English only. There is no Arabic or Malayalam interface yet. You can rename the app’s words to match your own.
- TRELVERIQ Governance records a welfare scheme. It is not an insurance product, and the legal status of a scheme stays with the organisation that runs it.
