Your people. Your structure. Connected.
Keep member records, committee responsibilities and access in one place. Work at the level of a local committee or connect a wider organisation.
A shared member register supports committee hierarchies, role-based access, applications and imports, while parent committees can review the activity they are authorised to see.
The details that keep work moving
A committee tree of any depth
Name your own levels, for example National, Central, District, Mandalam, Panchayath and Unit. Parent committees see combined figures. When your structure changes, you can move, merge and split committees.
Full member records
Keep family members, nominees, documents and a photo for each member. Members move through statuses such as applied, verified, active, lapsed, suspended, exited and deceased.
Duplicate checks and quick search
TRELVERIQ Governance blocks or warns about a repeated ID number, as you choose for each ID type. Find a member by typing three letters of the name or the last four digits of a phone number.
A public registration link
Share a link so people can apply themselves. They prove their phone with a code, and their application waits in a queue until your committee approves it.
Membership cards with a QR code
Issue cards with a signed QR code and print them in bulk on A4 sheets. Anyone can check a card is valid on a public page.
Import and transfers
Import members from Excel or CSV, with a trial run first. Move a member between committees under a dues rule that you choose.
Sub-committees
Run wings with their own members and guests, budgets, tasks and documents. Their reports pass up to the wing above.
Nine ready-made roles
Committee admin, president, general secretary, treasurer, collector, data entry, auditor, executive member and welfare wing. Give a role for a set term.
A page for each member
Members sign in to see their own dues, receipts, card, schemes, Kuri and campaigns. Someone who is not signed in can check their dues with a code sent to their own phone.
Make it work your way
Choose the rules your organisation needs. Committee permissions and inherited controls still apply.
- How many days overdue before a member becomes lapsed.
- Which details must be filled in for every member, and which show on quick add.
- Which duplicate matches block a new member and which only warn.
- Which details are hidden from people without permission to see sensitive data.
- Which documents are needed before a member is verified.
- What makes a verified member active, for example paying the first fee.
- Whether the public registration link is on, and how many days it lasts.
- Whether a card needs a photo, how long a card is valid and how many cards print on a sheet.
- Which countries’ phone numbers are accepted, and the default country.
- Whether to ask for a second phone, a second address and job details.
- What happens when a member dies: whether proof is needed, whether a claim opens and who is told.
- The names of your committee levels and the words the app uses.
