Getting started
What is TRELVERIQ Governance?
TRELVERIQ Governance is a system for community organisations, committees, associations and charities. It keeps the member list, records payments and receipts, follows cash from collectors to the treasurer, runs meetings and keeps double-entry accounts, in an app that opens on a phone or a computer.
Who is TRELVERIQ Governance for?
Any community body with members, money to collect and decisions to record, from a small unit with a few dozen members to a federation with several levels. It was designed around KMCC-style diaspora associations; charities, welfare trusts and alumni bodies can use its general modules.
How do I start?
Choose Create your organisation, prove your mobile number with a one-time code, then name your organisation and its top committee. You become its admin and go on to the setup questions.
Members and committees
Can we arrange our committees in levels?
Yes. An organisation is a tree of committees of any depth, and you name the levels. A ready-made template uses National, Central, District, Mandalam, Panchayath and Unit. Parent committees see the combined figures of the committees below them.
Who can see what?
Each person’s access follows their role and their place in the committee tree. There are nine ready-made roles, such as president, treasurer, collector and auditor, and an admin can grant more.
Can we bring in our existing member list?
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file. TRELVERIQ Governance shows a trial run before anything is saved, and you can require an approval step for imports.
Collections and receipts
How does a collector record a payment?
The collector finds the member, enters the amount and the method (cash, bank transfer or cheque), and TRELVERIQ Governance issues a numbered receipt. The receipt can be sent over WhatsApp through the gateway you connect, and printed as a PDF.
Can receipt numbers be skipped or reused?
No. Receipt numbers have no gaps and are never reused. A receipt can be cancelled only with a reason and a second person’s approval.
How is cash followed from the collector to the treasurer?
TRELVERIQ Governance records the cash each collector holds. The person who receives a handover confirms it, and differences are flagged. You can set limits on how much cash, or for how many days, a collector may hold, with a warning when a limit is passed.
Can anyone check that a receipt is genuine?
A receipt link is signed, expires after a time you set (90 days by default) and shows only the fields the committee chooses. A receipt made offline carries a QR code that TRELVERIQ Governance can verify.
Money and accounts
Does TRELVERIQ Governance keep proper accounts?
Yes. Each committee has double-entry accounts with vouchers, funds, budgets, bank reconciliation and a fixed-asset register. Every entry must balance, and a posted entry is changed only by a reversal. Parent committees get combined reports for the committees below them.
Which currencies are supported?
153, including SAR, INR, AED, QAR, KWD, BHD, OMR and USD. An organisation has a base currency, and members can be billed in another one. The committee enters or fixes the exchange rates; there is no live rate feed.
Can we keep funds apart?
Yes. You can create funds such as Relief, Zakat or Building and mark them restricted, which stops a voucher from spending them outside their purpose.
Kuri, welfare schemes and draws
Can TRELVERIQ Governance keep the records of a Kuri or chitty group?
Yes, as record-keeping for groups that members run among themselves: the terms, the slots, instalments held in the group’s own ledger, a witnessed draw, approved payouts and follow-up of defaults. It is an optional module that your admin switches on. The organisers should check the rules that apply where they live.
Can we run a Suraksha-style welfare scheme?
Yes. TRELVERIQ Governance handles enrolment and renewal, fees whose shares go up the committee levels, remittances, and claims with a document checklist and approvals. It is a tool for a community welfare fund, not a licensed insurance product.
Can TRELVERIQ Governance run a raffle?
It can run a draw at a meeting or event. The list is locked first, each round uses a recorded random seed, anyone can re-check the result in a browser, and prize collection is logged. It does not sell raffle tickets.
Communications
How does TRELVERIQ Governance send messages, and is delivery guaranteed?
Member messages go out through the WhatsApp and SMS gateways you connect, with push and in-app notifications as well. It can fall back to SMS when WhatsApp fails, but delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your provider accounts. Email is used only for scheduled reports and for checking an email address.
Can we control when members are messaged?
Yes. Quiet hours (23:00 to 07:00 by default), a Friday midday block, a daily limit per member and a minimum gap between reminders are all settings. Service messages such as receipts are exempt by default, and members can stop announcements with one tap.
Can a big message go out by mistake?
Before sending you see the audience count and an estimated cost. Large sends, above 100 recipients by default, need a second person’s approval.
Security and privacy
How are organisations kept apart?
Every record belongs to one organisation, and the database itself returns only the rows of the organisation set for the request (row-level security). This is a second line of defence behind the application’s own checks.
Is personal data encrypted?
Sensitive fields such as phone numbers, ID numbers, bank account numbers and message text are encrypted in the database, and backups are encrypted too. The security page lists the fields.
How do people sign in?
With your mobile number and password, or a passkey (fingerprint, face or screen lock). Change your initial password on first sign-in. Phone-code sign-in is available when delivery is configured.
Can TRELVERIQ Governance staff see our data?
Only if your admin grants access for a limited time, from 1 to 168 hours, with a reason. Every support action is logged, and money moves, approvals and exports are never available to support access.
Has TRELVERIQ Governance been independently assessed?
No. There has been no independent penetration test or formal assurance report yet, and this site does not say that TRELVERIQ Governance meets a particular standard or law. The security page lists what is in place and what is not.
Can a member ask for their data to be deleted?
Yes. From their own page a member can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion, and a second handler approves changes. Deletion anonymises the member while keeping amounts and dates, so the accounts stay correct.
Offline and devices
Does it work without internet?
Collectors can keep recording cash receipts when the signal drops. The phone saves each receipt with a QR code and sends it when the connection returns, and meeting attendance and event check-in work offline too. Dues billed in another currency can be taken offline too, at the exchange rate the phone saved when it last updated.
Do I need to install an app?
No app store is needed. TRELVERIQ Governance opens in the browser, and a phone can add it to the home screen like an app. On iPhone, receipts saved offline are sent when the app is next opened, because iOS does not allow sending in the background.
Languages
Which languages does the app use?
English only today. Arabic and Malayalam are not available yet, and right-to-left layout is not supported.
Can we type names and messages in Malayalam or Arabic?
What you type is stored as typed. Generated PDFs use basic Latin fonts, so Malayalam or Arabic letters may not print correctly in them. Check a sample before you rely on it.
Can we change the words the app uses?
Yes. You can rename 11 terms, such as committee, member, collector, receipt, Kuri, program, wing, Panchayath and Mandalam, including their plurals. This changes the words, not the language.
Pricing and support
How much does TRELVERIQ Governance cost?
Prices and plans are not published on this site. Ask through the contact page.
What support is there?
Inside the app, the help button lets a member message their own admin on WhatsApp, on a number the admin sets. For questions to the TRELVERIQ Governance team, use the contact page. This site promises no support hotline or response time.
Who builds TRELVERIQ Governance?
TRELVERIQ Governance is developed by TRELVERIQ Technologies.
What TRELVERIQ Governance does not do
Does TRELVERIQ Governance hold or move my members’ money?
No. TRELVERIQ Governance never holds member money. If a committee connects its own Razorpay or Tap Payments account, a payment goes to that account at the provider and TRELVERIQ Governance records it. Otherwise payments are recorded as cash, bank transfer, cheque or UPI. Online payments are checked against the providers’ published formats and test accounts, not yet against a live account, so try a small payment in test mode first. The only payment to TRELVERIQ Governance is your organisation’s own plan fee to TRELVERIQ Technologies, and only when TRELVERIQ Technologies has switched that on.
Does TRELVERIQ Governance run elections or payroll?
No. Elections, payroll and HR for paid staff, and investment accounting are outside what TRELVERIQ Governance does.
Does TRELVERIQ Governance replace Tally or QuickBooks?
No. Your accountant can keep working there. TRELVERIQ Governance makes a file of each committee’s money entries for Tally or QuickBooks, in the committee’s own currency and ledger names. Reports download as PDF, Excel or CSV.
