Local collections. A connected financial picture.
Work with members and committees across currencies while keeping exchange rates, balances and reporting explicit.
Configure billing and collection currencies, record permitted conversions and keep each committee’s books in its configured currency. Consolidated reporting follows the organisation’s reporting rules.
The details that keep work moving
153 currencies
153 currencies, including SAR, INR, AED, QAR, KWD, BHD, OMR and USD. Kuwaiti dinar, Bahraini dinar and Omani rial use three decimals. Money is stored as whole minor units, so floating-point rounding never creeps in.
A currency for each committee
A committee keeps its money in its own currency. A report that adds up committees in different currencies converts them into the organisation’s reporting currency at the dated rate you entered, shows the rate used, and says which currency has no rate.
Foreign-currency receipts
A receipt keeps the original amount, the rate and the value in the committee’s currency. Use a fixed rate or enter a rate on each voucher. Exchange differences are posted to their own ledger account.
Bill each member in their own currency
One member can be billed in rupees while others pay in dirhams. A new billing currency starts from the next cycle. Open dues can be re-billed once a second person approves.
Plans that split exactly
Yearly and half-yearly plans split into instalments with exact rounding, so the parts always add up to the whole.
Totals for each currency
Reports show one row and one total per currency, and a report shows cash and bank by currency. Short currency labels can be set, for example ED for AED.
Pay across currencies
A receipt can settle dues that are billed in another currency, with the rate recorded.
Offline collection, and Kuri, schemes, programs and pledges
Collectors can take dues billed in another currency offline, at the rate the phone saved when it last updated, and the office can refuse a rate that is too old. A Kuri, a welfare scheme, a program or a pledge is made in the organisation’s currency or in another one the committee allows. TRELVERIQ Governance does not fetch live exchange rates.
