Keep your association organised and connected.

Connect chapters, subscriptions, meetings and paid programmes through the platform’s existing membership and financial tools.

TRELVERIQ Governance serves an alumni or professional association with general modules: a member register with extra fields, subscriptions, chapters arranged as committees, meetings with minutes, events with paid registration and tickets, notices and reports. It is not built specifically for alumni, and it has no directory, job board, elections or online payments from members.

Connect the work that matters to you

See how the platform’s existing capabilities support this operating model.

A member register that fits your fields

Add your own fields and lists, such as designation, region or member type, and design the application form. Import your current list from Excel or CSV after a trial run. Give members a card with a QR code.

Subscriptions by category

Set yearly, quarterly or monthly subscriptions, with a fixed amount, a category or slabs. Record each payment with a numbered receipt. Members see their dues, receipts and card after signing in.

Chapters as a tree of committees

Arrange chapters as committees under a head office. Each chapter keeps its own members and accounts, and the head office sees the combined figures. You name the levels yourself.

Meetings, including the annual general meeting

Call a meeting with notice, check the quorum, record attendance and keep minutes, numbered resolutions and action items. The annual general meeting is one of the built-in meeting types.

Events with paid registration and tickets

Open registration with a link or QR code, set a capacity with a waiting list, and issue QR tickets. Fees are recorded as dues for members and as program receipts for guests. A fee is entered when someone pays you, or paid by link if the committee has connected its own Razorpay or Tap Payments account. People are checked in at the door, and the gate list works offline.

Notices and reports

Send notices and event reminders through the WhatsApp and SMS gateways you connect, and keep a notice board with read tracking. Reports download as PDF, Excel or CSV and can be scheduled to people or roles.

From everyday work to a clear record

A practical path through the tools, responsibilities and decisions involved.

  1. Bring in the list

Import members from Excel or CSV after a trial run. Add the fields you need, such as batch year or designation.

  2. Subscriptions fall due

Yearly or monthly dues are raised for each member. Members see what they owe after signing in, and someone records each payment received by bank transfer, cheque or cash.

  3. Chapters run their own work

Each chapter has its own members, meetings and accounts, and the head office sees the combined figures.

  4. An event is announced

Create the program, set the capacity and fee, share the registration link or QR code and send the notice by WhatsApp or SMS.

  5. On the day

Check people in with QR tickets. The gate list can be used offline.

  6. Afterwards

Record the event’s costs against its budget, and send reports to head office as PDF, Excel or CSV.

Words you will meet

TRELVERIQ Governance uses plain words. Your admin can rename eleven of them, such as committee, member, collector and dues, so the screens use your own words.

Committee
A chapter, or the head office. Rename the word to Chapter and name the levels yourself.
Member
An alumnus, alumna or professional member. Extra fields hold details such as batch year or designation.
Dues
The subscription for a year or another period. Categories and slabs set the amount.
Program
An event or meet-up with registration, tickets and a budget. Rename it if another word suits you.
Wing
A sub-committee, for example a special-interest group, with its own members and tasks.

Prepare your workspace

Start with committee structure, access, operating mode and the modules you need. Add more after reviewing the first workflow.

  1. Decide your levels: one head office, or chapters by city, region or batch.

  2. Add the extra member fields and lists you need, then import your current list with a trial run.

  3. Create the subscription types and categories.

  4. Choose who may record payments and who approves money moves.

What to know before you start

The limits of TRELVERIQ Governance for this kind of organisation, so you can check them against how you work.

  • There is no alumni directory, public member directory, job board or networking feature.
  • TRELVERIQ Governance does not run elections.
  • Members pay in cash, by bank transfer or by cheque, and someone records it. A fee cannot be paid by card inside TRELVERIQ Governance.
  • TRELVERIQ Governance was built around community committees. Its fit for alumni and professional bodies comes from its general modules, and there is no case study to point to.
